Waxing Course

Start Date: September 16th, 2024 (Now accepting enrollment)
End Date: December 2nd, 2024 (no class on Thanksgiving)
Class Schedule: Mondays  6:00 – 9:00pm (excluding holiday Mondays)
Course Length: 11 Weeks
Level of Study: Certificate

(This program does not require approval under the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005)

Students will study different methods of hair removal focusing on proper waxing techniques for both face and body areas.
Additional complementing services in eyelash and eyebrow tinting are also covered.

Students will work on one another and are required to bring in clients for scheduled practical classes.

Theory and practical includes the following:

• sanitation and bacteriology
• different waxes and methods
• hair anatomy
• terminology of hair growth
• methods of hair removal
• contra-indications
• client consultation
• body waxing
• facial waxing
• bikini and female brazilian waxing
• waxing after care
• lash and brow tinting
